Concurrent Technologies Plc (the “Company”) announces that it has received notification today that on 11 April 2008, David Evans-Hughes, a Director of the Company, sold 55,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 38 pence per share.

Following the above sale, Mr. Evans-Hughes has an interest in 982,139 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.37% of the Total Voting Rights.
