Retirement of Non Executive Director

Concurrent Technologies Plc (“the Company” or “Concurrent”) announces that Peter Crowther, Non Executive Director, has advised the Company that he will retire from the Board with effect from today, largely due to ill health.

Michael Collins, Chairman of Concurrent said, “On behalf of the Board, I would like to record our appreciation of the input we have received from Peter over the last twenty years.  His contribution has been invaluable and we wish him well in the future.”
